Conditioning sessions Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, capped at 8 members. Build genuine fitness and work capacity, programmed to progress, never random punishment.

Coached strength sessions Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, capped at 8 members. Build real strength with structure, accountability, and expert coaching.

Fully customised programs delivered through an app, with technique check-ins and ongoing coach support. Train properly, anywhere.

One-on-one and semi-private coaching tailored entirely to you. Ideal for beginners, those returning to training, or anyone chasing specific goals

    Our Founder and Trainer

    Our Founder and Head Trainer, Dan Bradley, has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, including working with professional athletes.

    Based in Willoughby, Dan leads expert group training and strength & conditioning classes, bringing his Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, Diploma of Sport, and Certificate IV in Fitness to every session.

    How it works and Timetable

    Experience expert led group training with our strength & conditioning classes. Each class is limited to 8 participants and with an iPad provided for you, we deliver structured coaching, accountability, and measurable results.
